This policy explains how FoVR Interactive handles information in Diamond Easy, a VR diamond-painting game for Meta Quest.

Information Diamond Easy processes, collects or stores

Diamond Easy does not require a separate FoVR account. Its enabled Meta Platform SDK features allow the app to access your Meta user ID, Horizon username and profile photo, and purchase or downloadable-content information, as described below. FoVR does not currently operate analytics, advertising, telemetry, or crash-reporting services inside the game.

Meta user ID and user profile access

Diamond Easy has access to the following Meta platform features:

User ID: your Meta user identifier, which allows platform features to identify the current player.
User profile: your Horizon username and profile photo.
In-app purchases and downloadable content: purchase and entitlement information used to confirm access to purchased content.

Enabling User ID and User profile access gives the app permission to retrieve those fields; it does not by itself mean that the app retrieves or stores them. The purchase information used by Diamond Easy is explained in the Purchases section below. Any Meta user ID, username or profile photo collected or stored by FoVR is covered by the deletion-request process in this policy.

VR interaction data

Diamond Easy processes headset position and movement, and hand or controller input, in real time to enable movement and interaction within the game. This information is processed on your headset and is not stored by FoVR or sent to FoVR servers.

Local game data

Your artwork progress, save data, and settings are stored locally on your headset so you can resume your artwork and keep your preferences. FoVR does not receive this data. It remains on your device unless the Meta Quest platform provides a device backup or cloud service that you have enabled. Removing the game may remove its local data; your headset and Meta account settings control any platform backups.

Meta Quest and Meta Horizon services

Diamond Easy is distributed through Meta's platform. Meta may process device, account, store, entitlement, safety, and technical information under its own terms and privacy policies. That processing is controlled by Meta, not FoVR. Please see Meta's Privacy Policy for details.

Purchases

Diamond Easy uses Meta's platform for app purchases, in-app purchases, and downloadable content. The app retrieves purchase and entitlement information from Meta to determine which art packs or other purchased content you have access to. The app processes this information to unlock purchased content. FoVR does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Website analytics and support

The FoVR website uses Google Analytics to understand general website traffic. This is separate from Diamond Easy and is covered by the FoVR website privacy policy. If you contact FoVR for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message. We use it only to respond and keep it only as long as reasonably needed for support, legal, or security purposes.

Children's privacy

Diamond Easy is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Meta account age requirements and parental controls apply on the Meta Quest platform. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to FoVR, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Data retention and security

Because FoVR does not receive local game progress or settings, FoVR does not retain that data. Information voluntarily sent to support is retained only as described above. We use reasonable safeguards for information we hold, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your privacy rights

All users can request deletion of their user data as explained below. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access or correct personal information FoVR holds about you, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Email contact@fovrinteractive.net to make a privacy request.

How to request deletion of your data

Every Diamond Easy user can request deletion of user data collected or stored by FoVR, free of charge, regardless of their country or geographic location. You do not need a FoVR account to make a request.

Email contact@fovrinteractive.net with the subject Diamond Easy data deletion request.
Tell us what data you want deleted, or ask us to delete all user data we hold about you relating to Diamond Easy. Include the email address you used to contact support and, if relevant, enough information to identify a purchase or entitlement enquiry. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
We will review your request, ask only for information reasonably needed to verify that the data belongs to you, and confirm the outcome. If we hold no matching data, we will let you know.

This includes support messages and any Meta user ID, Horizon username, profile photo, transaction information or entitlement information FoVR holds about you. We will delete the requested data unless retention is required by law, such as applicable tax or accounting obligations, or is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. If we must retain any data, we will explain what we retain and why, and keep it only for as long as that reason applies.

Local saves and settings: FoVR cannot remotely delete data stored only on your headset. You can remove Diamond Easy's local app data through your headset's app or storage settings. Removing local data can erase your artwork progress and settings. If you need help, email us at the address above. Platform backups are managed through Meta's backup and account controls.

Data held by Meta: FoVR cannot delete records controlled independently by Meta, including Meta account, payment, store, or platform-backup records. For those records, use the privacy and account controls described in Meta's Privacy Policy. You can still request deletion of any related data held by FoVR using the email process above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if Diamond Easy's features or data practices change. The current version will remain available at this URL, and the “Last updated” date will show when it changed.
